If the United States suddenly encountered a major blackout from a single universal cyber-attack, in the form of malware designed to control, consume, and engross most every organizational network, what could the United States do to reverse the immediate and real time impact? The importance of this qualitative research is to acquaint the legitimate presence of cyber-attacks infiltrating the United States with no reporting policy. The scope of this research is to understand the impact of an absent national Cybersecurity Attack Reporting Policy.
