It is true that for any business decision, the step to enter a new market is always an important one, and it needs special preparation. Investing in China has been a luscious attraction to the world of investors in the past and will still he the same in the future. Recent drastic changes in the world economic environment and the intrinsic evolution in the Chinese economy have caused a wide concern of uncertainty of investment in China. However, foreign businesses do not often consider problems and risks which still exist in the Chinese market The potential in this market seem to be unlimited for foreign investors justifying their rush and insufficient preparation. The aim of this paper is to give foreign businesses the insight to meet the challenges of entering the Chinese market in order to do business and he prepared.
