The primary goal of this study is to explore the elements of entrepreneurial motivation that moved a Christian entrepreneur to establish and run a biblical worldview leadership training organization for 24 years. A proposition of this study is that the research subject's worldview is likely an element of his entrepreneurial motivation. In light of the proposition, a second goal of the study is to determine whether the subject's worldview is an element of his entrepreneurial motivation. A third goal of the study is to explore the type of leadership strategies the research subject used to successfully establish and run his organization.
