Product development relies on the integration of multiple professionals to ensure products are effectively implemented appropriate across the board. Sharing critical knowledge is an important factor to consider during the development phrase. This study had investigated relationship between critical knowledge-sharing behaviors and the state of new product development performances to contribute to the body of knowledge of supply chain management. The study had examined 171 supply chain professionals that contribute to the supply chain operation. The research had involved searching for simple association between multiple variables and an investigation into the extent of each variable. The results show significant level of differences within the age and title of supply chain professionals. Age plays a role in differences in knowledge sharing behavior, helping other, identity, critical knowledge sharing, and usefulness. The results also displayed a weak positive correlation on the impact of critical knowledge sharing on product development. The findings show that critical knowledge sharing impact product development to a certain degree and age is contributing factors.
