This thesis examines the Effects of violent video game content on aggression in children. The review will briefly discuss possible moderators of the effects of video game violence, in particular the effects of aggressive personality and situational factors. The review will present a brief history of the evolution of video game violence over recent years, and finally will discuss recent past research on violent video games.
