Thesis (Ed.D.)--Fordham University, 2013.
Technological advances have made cyberbullying a major problem in urban schools. In this study, I sought to explore the relationship between urban school administrators' leadership styles (team vs. transformational) and their handling of cyberbullying. I developed a survey CARES(Cyberbullying Administrative Review in Education for Schools) to examine how administrators' sense of efficacy and satisfaction related to cyberbullying were affected by their demographic, professional, and school profiles, and their perceptions of communication with and support from teachers, parents, and school and external bodies.
