Medical Records are systematic documentations that describe the medical history of a patient. Medical Records include prescription history, test results, x-rays, lab reports, before-after photos, etc. The record is typically maintained by a hospital, and made available to the patient upon request after some time delay and inconvenience. Furthermore, some information such as allergies is often missing from the medical record. Such omissions can lead to misdiagnosis. Therefore, we developed a Medical Cloud Show-Me System App, an Android application, for patients to record important medical information and access their own medical records instantly via their smartphone. This system provides users with a user friendly platform to manage their medical records and to make clear local medical notes and/or to upload pictures to the Cloud. We believe this system will be very helpful in hospital environments around the world.
