The second part of this thesis contains information about Thailand's geography, music, and language, followed by lesson plans for selected Thai songs. Lesson plans have been adapted to American teaching styles based on Orff and Kodály strategies. The plans include translations, transcriptions, pronunciation guides, and historical background information for each song. The Thai songs used in this study are documented in an audio recording, and have been transcribed in Western musical notation.
