520 $a This project recognizes the accelerating growth of technology, the changes in work style and life patterns, the increasing awareness of environmental issues, the need to solve our daily problems and find solutions that improve our long-term quality of life. The concept of a future work environment introduces new trends of working environments suitable to the information age and develops products which match those trends. The design of a future work environment will assist companies in their efforts to make their working environments more compliant with current needs, by offering a space that corresponds to the employee's psychological, ergonomic, and professional needs. The proposed office would be a place where employees will exchange their experiences, ideas and information. This project projects that some work would be done outside the office by using current technology that may be available in the future, such as virtual reality applications.
520 $a Work environments in the future will focus on the individual needs of each employee, and will be designed in a flexible manner, that would meet the employee's personal preferences and assure the highest level of productivity. This project presents a new approach in office design that breaks free from traditional concepts of office design.
