520 $a First, a bibliographic background was conducted to establish strongly, the quality its nature and evolution, and relationship with Self-Assessment, especially EFQM Model. Likewise, a Cooperative organization kind's background was conducted.
520 $a Then, two model variations were probed: to increase the variables number and to use a Statistical Multivariate Methods, trying to improve the self-assessment capacity. Therefore, the Principal Components Factorial Analysis (NIPALS Algorithm) and the Correspondence Analysis was performed. Both were modified using an alternative valuating scale trying to obtain a Factorial Model with a higher explication level.
520 $a Both modified methods obtained a better behavior explication, and were able to discriminate those fortress and weak variables. To develop a validation process, the Kendall's Tau Index was performed.
