Leadership and coaching, two words often associated with education and business, are inextricably linked. Coaching, an essential skill for today's leader, helps people reflect on a deeper level in order to achieve personal mastery. This inquiry explores the most significant learning of learners in the Camosun College Leadership Development Certificate Program through the implementation and assessment of a coaching experience. The study revealed that coaching is a valuable leadership tool for all leadership development programs. People studying leadership will discover how their learning of leadership can be enriched through a coaching experience.
