It is possible to successfully raise children bilingually in spite of the obstacles that both the child and the parents will face. However, those problems do not have to stand in the way of a successful bilingual education. There are certain rules, and if they are followed, emerging problems can be solved or even widely avoided, so the children can develop their skills to the fullest possible extent and become a competent bilingual speaker.
