The purpose of the study was to analyze the perception and motivation of the students who were involved in continuing education programs at Nan Kai College.

The study was based on quantitative research data. The instrument was consisted of two parts. Part A was related to personal data and included seven items. Part B, covering 48 items, was related to the students' perception. To indicate the degree of perception, a five-point Likert scale was employed. There were 426 responses were usable and seven responses unusable. The effectible sample sizes of male students were 327 and female students were 99.

Descriptive and inferential statistics were employed to present and interpret the findings in this study. Frequencies and percentages were calculated to identify the respondents' demographic characteristics. The means and standard deviations were used to indicate fundamental values for question 1 to question 48 in Part B of questionnaire.

Research question 12 was analyzed utilizing Chi-Square tests. Gender and Students' perception were the two category variables. A Chi-Square test was used to identify if there was a significant relationship between two category variables. All of statistical tests in this study were conducted at the .05 level of significance.
