Chapter 1 examines the impact of merit-based financial aid on high school graduates' college enrollment decisions. Chapter 2 examines whether students are credit constrained with respect to college enrollment. Chapter 3 explores the extent to which math coursework can explain the labor market return to a year of schooling.
