This study sought to investigate follower resilience and supervisor servant leadership's potential predictive relationship. The purpose of this quantitative correlational study with multiple regression analysis was to investigate if or to what extent direct supervisors' servant leadership components (emotional healing, creating value for the community, conceptual skills, empowering, helping subordinates grow and succeed, putting subordinates first, and behaving ethically) separately predict resilience among subordinate United States active duty military members at a United States military installation. The theoretical foundations of the study were resilience theory and servant leadership. The research question was, to what extent, if any, do the direct supervisors' servant leadership components (emotional healing, creating value for the community, conceptual skills, empowering, helping subordinates grow and succeed, putting subordinates first, and behaving ethically) separately predict resilience among subordinate United States active duty military members at a United States military installation? Regression analysis was conducted on self-report resilience (criterion variable) and servant leadership (predictor variable) survey data from 57 active duty military members at a United States military installation located in Central America. The results were that resilience was not statistically significantly predicted by separate servant components. A noteworthy finding, on the other hand was that the overall regression model was statistically significant (p = .024).
