Voice assistance emergence facilitates the capability to communicate and retrieve information for customers. Regarding how the voice assistant system impacts customer satisfaction, the study examines the influence of voice assistant features on customer experience, suggesting future technological strategies used in business applications significantly affect marketing development, customer retention, and business decision-making. The existing research in the U.S. provided limited insight into the impact of voice assistant systems on customer satisfaction between voice commerce and e-commerce platforms. This study addresses the gap between the data population and the transferability issue by testing the same model in the general Canadian population without age limits and technology background restrictions for future transferability. The research employs a quantitative analysis of Canadian consumers through online surveys to answer whether the impact of the voice assistant system on Canadian customers in e-commerce is higher than in voice commerce. Using SurveyMonkey with an instrument adapted from the previous researchers, the data were randomly collected in Canadian domains aged between 18 and 65. Findings reveal convenience results aligned with the literature. Additionally, the study confirmed some findings, and the existing literature showed inconclusiveness in recommendation complexity. Insights from this study provided the model's applicability in the new unused market, contributing to the current literature for continued research.
