At present, it is not easy for our laboratory to use a Michelson interferometer-based spectrometer (Bruker IFS 66v/S) to measure spectrum in the terahertz range at room temperature. We use the polarization properties of light to build a spectrometer utilizing Martin-Puplett interferometer. The spectrometer employs a wire grid polarizer for light splitting, a room temperature pyroelectric detector, and a mercury lamp as light source, allowing a measurable frequency range of 0.6 ~ 2.1 Thz (20~70\uD835\uDC50\uD835\uDC5A−1) in air and in vacuum.Finally, we use the spectrometer to measure the transmission spectra of high density polyethylene and Fe-doped indium phosphide the samples and compare the results with the literature to verify the performance.

520 $a 鑑於目前實驗室欲在常溫下使用邁克生式干涉光譜儀(Bruker IFS 66v/S)量測兆赫波頻段元件之穿透特性，並不容易。因此我們建立一套利用光學偏振特性分光的 Martin-Puplett 干涉光譜儀，使用金屬線柵作為分光元件，常溫操作的焦熱電偵測器與搭配汞燈作為光源，可在常壓與真空度一毫巴的環境下量測頻率介於 0.6~2.1 Thz (20~70\uD835\uDC50\uD835\uDC5A−1 )的兆赫波段之頻譜。並且使用此光譜儀系統量測高密度聚乙烯與摻雜鐵的磷化銦穿透率頻譜，將結果與文獻比對，驗證此 Martin-Puplett 光譜儀之正確性。.
