In this thesis, under the historical-educational perspective, a group of teaching materials of Pre-Qin was taught. The content of the teaching materials of Pre-Han was varied including legal documents, literacy, mathematics and ethical documents and so on.The basic tone of the education system of Pre-Han changed into learning Law as the propriety educational target. Legalist school played the key role for educational policies making, determined who to learn, what to learn, and how to learn. The guiding educational policies made by legalist's school were: "Burning the Shi 《詩》and the Shu 《書》to clarify the Law" and "Official as teacher" 以吏為師. The educational policy made a huge impact for the education system in ancient China.Based on the newly excavated document of Bamboo Slips of Qin Tomb of Shuihudi, the legal teaching material is a systematic group of legislative documents. It gathers so many contents covering many aspects of the society. They are both laws and legal teaching materials at the same time. All the legal teaching materials found in the newly excavated document of the Eighteen Qin Statutes 《秦律十八篇》would be analyzed in this thesis part by part. Using the newly excavated document of the Han Bamboo Slips of Zhang Jia Shan 《張家山漢墓竹簡》 and the chapter of Cang Jie of the Han bamboo slip of Beijing University《北京大學藏漢簡》, the literacy education of officials would be discussed. Mathematics education of pre-Han China would be divided into land and taxation problem, storage and goods problem and labor and manufacture industry problem for further discussion. At the same time, the Way to Be a Good Official 《為吏之道》in pre-Han China, an ethics guide for the official, this newly excavated document has its own characteristic of contents because it is not a legal document.The newly excavated document gives great help for us to understand the teaching materials of legalist's school in pre-Han China. This thesis answered many academic questions base on the discovery of the newly excavated document.
