The intent of this research study was to identify gaps in adult learning and enhance adult learners' knowledge acquisition using music technology in the adult basic education program in the community college. Music technology provides additional help in the learning experiences of adult learners. This study investigated how music technology can enhance and empower the adult learners' knowledge acquisition through the communication skills of reading, listening, speaking, and writing. The study found strategies for assisting adult learners' knowledge acquisition. Therefore, music technology as an instructional tool can contribute to the acquisition of the communication skills of reading, reciting, and recalling memory. This study contributes to the growth of and advancement in adult learners' knowledge acquisition.
