This research paper focused on the effects of drama club on school climate and student achievement. To collect the data, the researcher conducted surveys, kept a journal log, examined student grades and interviewed the students to elicit their perceptions of the effects of the club. The results indicate that students who participated in the club activities appear to be more confident and have a stronger bond among themselves. This bond affects school climate in that it allows the students to better understand each other. The results also indicated that the club membership did not affect student achievement.
